Well, we had the timeline chat. He was great - totally understands where I'm coming from, and he's broody too except that it isn't an insanity with men like it is for women! While we didn't set an exact date, he is going to see a possible new employer this week and we have more or less agreed that less money is ok if it's a better job. I think the overall result is more steam behind the jobsearch, which will lead to a quicker result - i hope!

If anyone has any spare prayers, spells or good wishes, please could they point them towards DM getting a good, well paid job that he will be happy doing long-term.
