Um... type pad is very easy to use, but unless you are prepared to seriously blog, I'd not advise in doing the pay versions. You can do a free one if you wish to play around and see how you like it.
Blogger wasn't so much a nuissance for me, it was more wishing to move to ownership of my own site and have my own domain name, to make use of categories and such.
I was wondering where you'd been! Nice to see you again :)
